Please note that Gina will offer either an exchange or refund for any styles purchased through our online shopping site once returned unworn, with all the original packaging and receipt within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are usually issued on the day that they are received back to us and your refund will leave our account. However the payment may take between 1-5 working days to appear back into your account depending on your service provider policy. It is entirely up to you how you return your order. However, we would strongly advise you to insure your parcel when sending, as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. The cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office Counter AT THE TIME OF POSTING Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning items.
