Delivery & Returns

Delivery within the UK is usually within 2 working days of your order being received.

Europe and the rest of the world typically allow around 3 days pending customs clearance.

Please note we provide free shipping for the UK and International orders.

An email will be sent on completion of your order giving full delivery details together with your tracking number and link to enable you to follow the progress of your delivery.

We use Deliver Plus and Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK and use FedEx and Royal Mail for everywhere else.

If you are presented with this message it probably means that the courier's system has not yet been updated and you should check back after 6.00pm GMT.

You do not have to pay import charges as the prices shown online are the delivered prices, however local taxes may be applicable depending on your region.

You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel your order. This begins the moment you place the order and ends 14 days after you receive the items.

If you wish to cancel your order within this period, you must notify us in writing, quoting your order number. Once you’ve informed us, you have an additional 14 days to return the items.

• If the order has already been dispatched or you’ve received the items, you must return all items in the order at your own cost.
• All items must be returned in their original condition. They will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the return requirements.

Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to post office boxes. We recommend you provide a suitable shipping address where we can obtain a signature on delivery. This address should be your billing or corporate work address.
