If you have accidentally scuffed your heel or require your GINA style to be repaired we do offer the GINA Aftersales Service.

However, if your shoes are over a year old please email Customer Services at [email protected] as we may not have the components available to offer the repair.

Please send your repair back to GINA at the address below together with a note of your name, address and daytime telephone number to enable a member of our Customer Service Team to contact you on receipt. An assessment will be made of what we can offer on receipt – repairs usually take 3 weeks to complete:

We suggest to fill shoes with tissue paper to help maintain the shape and absorb humidity, then store in the provided flannel bag and box.
