Delivery & Returns Policy

Holiday & Peak Sale Periods

Please allow up to an additional 3 days for your order to arrive during holiday and peak sale periods.

Delivery Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is suitable for delivery.

Processing & Working Days

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK weekends and public holidays. All orders are dispatched from the UK.

Extended Holiday Returns

Enjoy an extended returns window during the holiday season.

Orders placed between November 15, 2024, and December 15, 2024, can be returned until January 15, 2025.

Please note: Black Friday Limited Offer purchases are subject to the standard 14-day returns policy from the delivery date.

Shipping & Delivery Times by Region

  • UK: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Europe: 3-5 business days (subject to customs clearance).
  • US & Canada: 3-5 business days (subject to customs clearance).
  • Middle East: 3-5 business days (subject to customs clearance).
  • Rest of the World: 3-5 business days (subject to customs clearance).

We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Import Taxes & Duties

All import taxes and duties are included in our prices. There are no additional charges upon delivery.

Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, as we do not offer free returns.
  • In-Store Returns: Returns cannot be made in-store; all items must be returned by post.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Shipping Recommendation: We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return.

Please note that GINA will offer either an exchange or refund for any styles purchased through our online shopping site, apart from those styles purchased through GINA Couture, once returned unworn, with all the original packaging and receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds for styles returned are usually issued on the day that they are received back to us and your refund will leave our account. However, the payment may take between 1-5 working days to appear back into your account depending on your service provider policy. Please note that we do not refund any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase.

We support sustainability and would like to influence a positive change inviting everyone to move away from the current cycle of purchasing and returning and to be more conscious of the impact such a cycle is having on our environment.  To support this we do not offer free returns. It is entirely up to you how you return your order however we would strongly advise you to have your parcel insured when sending, as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. The majority of our UK based customers use Royal Mail Special Delivery as this service also offers a swift delivery – the cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office Counter at the time of posting. Our overseas customers prefer to use Aramex, FedEx, DHL or similar – please list your return as ‘Unwanted Order ’.
