RETURNS POLICY
GINA will exchange or refund any products purchased through www.gina.com.
Products purchased through GINA Couture are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt; unworn, in perfect condition, with original packaging and invoice.
The return of the products and all associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are normally actioned on the working day that the products are received back at our returns address.
Funds may take between 1 and 5 working days to credit your account.
Your bank may have further additional processing times, that are outside our control.
Please note that we do not refund delivery charges that were incurred at the time of purchase.
For UK customers we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
This service is swift and the cost is minimal, details can be found www.royalmail.com.
Overseas customers may prefer to use FedEx, DHL or similar global courier service.
We recommend you have your parcel insured, as we will not exchange or refund products that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel.
