Delivery Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is suitable for delivery.
Processing & Working Days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK weekends and public holidays. All orders are dispatched from the UK.
Extended Holiday Returns
Enjoy an extended returns window during the holiday season.
Orders placed between November 15, 2024, and December 15, 2024, can be returned until January 15, 2025.
Please note: Black Friday Limited Offer purchases are subject to the standard 14-day returns policy from the delivery date.

Import Taxes & Duties
All import taxes and duties are included in our prices. There are no additional charges upon delivery.
Returns
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, as we do not offer free returns.
- In-Store Returns: Returns cannot be made in-store; all items must be returned by post.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Shipping Recommendation: We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return.
