Delivery within the UK is usually within 2 working days of your order being received.

Europe and the rest of the world is around 3 days pending customs clearance.

An email will be sent on completion of your order giving full delivery details together with your tracking number.

Please note that GINA will offer either an exchange or refund for any styles purchased through our online shopping site, apart from those styles purchased through GINA Couture, once returned unworn, with all the original packaging and receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds for styles returned are usually issued on the day that they are received back to us and your refund will leave our account. However the payment may take between 1-5 working days to appear back into your account depending on your service provider policy. Please note that we do not refund any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase.

It is entirely up to you how you return your order however we would strongly advise you to have your parcel insured when sending, as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. The majority of our UK based customers use Royal Mail Special Delivery as this service also offers a swift delivery – the cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office Counter at the time of posting. Our overseas customers prefer to use FedEx, DHL or similar – please list your return as ‘Unwanted Order ’.

The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise you have seven working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund.

The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order.

We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you’ll need to contact us quoting your order number.

If you have already received your order, you will need to return all the items in the order.

You will need to pay the cost of returning the order.

The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.

We use Deliver Plus and Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK and use Fedex and Royal Mail for everywhere else.

If you are presented with this message it probably means that the courier's system has not yet been updated and you should check back after 6.00pm GMT.

You do not have to pay import charges as the prices shown online are the delivered prices, however local taxes may be applicable depending on your region.

Due to shipping restrictions we are unable to ship to post office boxes. We recommend you provide a suitable shipping address where we can obtain a signature on delivery. This address should be your billing or corporate work address.
